Qualifications & experience
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Information Technology
- Possess minimum 10-15 years work experience in IT Industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- High proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Ability to work independently and also in a team with a good sense of responsibility
- Able to commence work within short notice
Tasks & responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and objectives, conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential avenues for growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation. Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and alliances that facilitate business expansion.
- Drive the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, including diversification, product innovation, and strategic acquisitions. Conduct in-depth market research to assess the viability of potential ventures and partnerships.
- Partner with the sales team to craft and execute innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. Analyze performance metrics regularly to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and market activities, remaining informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to navigate challenges effectively.
