We seek a Business Development/Sales Manager to work remotely and develop new business for our Business in Indonesia. You must have a passion for problem-solving, relentless prospecting and the drive to close sales constantly.
The right candidate will have B2B experience selling mechanical or electrical industrial solutions to End Users, OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors.
A bachelor’s degree or technical experience in engineering is preferred.
The position entails account management as well as the development of new accounts. Presenting constantly is required, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are necessary. To deliver our message and achieve a realistic sales target with steady revenue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed your annual sales goals.
- Own your territory. Manage, control and supervise your region – becoming clients’ primary point of contact.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and potential customers.
- Be the Trusted advisor with deep knowledge of products, solutions and applications.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues throughout the organization to deliver value and results.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 of years of sales experience.
- 5 of years of Industry experience.
- Material Handling Systems experience a plus
