Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understanding our e-commerce products thoroughly to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Upselling to existing customers by recommending additional products and services based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the business development team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Assisting in the negotiation and closure of partnership agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Providing support in client relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development and execution of sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven interest and understanding of the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
