Business Development Supervisor
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Product Development:
- Lead the development of personal care and baby care products, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to create product formulations that meet brand standards and consumer needs.
- Ensure products are aligned with industry trends and meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards.
2. Project Management:
- Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality assurance to streamline the product development process.
- Track project progress, identifying risks and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the development phase.
3. Research & Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive product offerings.
- Work with the marketing team to align product development with brand strategy and positioning.
- Stay updated on the latest innovations in cosmetic and skincare ingredients, technologies, and formulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
– 1 year experience in product development is an advantage
– Effective Communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from reputable university
