Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Director to manage business and financing portfolio. The Business Director will be responsible for meeting the target of financing disbursement, growing portfolio volume, and maintaining portfolio quality. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly self-confident, has a strong business soul & acumen, and is able to think creatively to drive growth and success.
Responsibilities:
• To achieve target of financing disbursement against the business plan.
• To achieve business growth with good quality of portfolio.
• To maintain quality of portfolio with minimum target of Portfolio At Risk (PAR).
• To conduct loan delinquency, remedial and recovery.
• To conduct business expansion through branches expansion or product and market penetration.
• To maintain employee turnover at minimum level.
• To implement client principles protection (CPP), and good corporate governance (GCG).
• To conduct business development and business partnerships with third parties.
• To create other sources of income.
• To perform business analysis report comprehensively.
• To participate in BOD, BOC, and Shareholders’ meeting.
Requirements:
• Min. bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is preferred
• Min. 10 years of experience at financial institution as an executive / managerial level
• Min. 10 years of experience in Ultra Micro Group Lending (Grameen Model), with additional experience in Micro Individual Lending is more preferrable
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• English speaking and writing is a must
• Strong in data analytical, trend analysis, and data interpretation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as adaptive in changing priorities and demands
• Experience in financial report analysis, budgeting, and planning
• Familiar with Loan Management System
• Experience with CRM software and other tools of data analysis and reporting
