Business Manager (IT Solution)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a minimum of 4-5 years in sales, particularly within the IT and technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and managing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing accounts. Your ability to understand complex IT solutions, combined with strong sales and negotiation skills, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the IT solutions market.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base across targeted industries.
– Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
– Present and demonstrate the company’s IT solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
– Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
– Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with our product offerings.
– Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on progress and metrics to the senior management team.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any major.
– 4-5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on IT solutions, technology, or software products.
– Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
– In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, software, or other relevant technologies.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
– Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Preferred Skills:
– Existing network within any industry
– Experience managing and mentoring junior sales team members is a plus
– Fluency in English is a plus
