Overview:
Conducting analysis, designing, and optimizing business processes through the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and optimal operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and documenting existing workflows, processes, and procedures; analyzing them to identify inefficiencies, weaknesses, or areas for improvement.
- Developing process diagrams and workflow maps.
- Designing new business processes or improving existing ones based on analysis; collaborating with cross-departmental teams to develop and implement optimization strategies.
- Identifying and recommending technologies or tools that support automation and process improvements.
- Creating clear and comprehensive process documentation, including operational guides and procedures; developing documentation standards and protocols to support process changes.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Coordinating process improvement projects, including planning, resource management, and progress monitoring; collaborating with stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Conducting training sessions or workshops to ensure user understanding and engagement with updated processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering or Information System).
- At least 1-3 years of experience as Process Business Analyst or Operational Excellence Analyst.
- Understanding Process Re-Engineering/Six Sigma/Lead Auditor/5R or other improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word/Visio/Excel).
- Proficient in English (Oral & Written).
- Experienced in working as an Individual Contributor.
