Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Solution Development Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for leading the development of business solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. As a Business Solution Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions.
Job Descriptions :
- Have a responsibility for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team for improving it sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line.
- Provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions.
- Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.
- Plan activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership — most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
- Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proven experience in business solution development, systems integration, or consulting roles
- Strong knowledge of the Telecommunication, IT and/or Financial Industries
- Excellent understanding of business processes and requirements
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
- Strong leadership and project management skills (attains certification in product management is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
- Willingness to travel as required
