Job Responsibilities:
As a representative of the appropriate operation, the CDO Field Supervisor ensures that CDE Services are carried out properly to support sales activities and CCAI company growth. Responsible for ensuring CDE asset supply chain and inventory management (planning, execution, and evaluation), ensuring CDE ESP are running in accordance with CCEP Indonesia standards and procedures by reviewing and ensuring ESP compliance, and providing cost analysis initiatives to ensure the activities are running in accordance with agreed objectives. Supporting cold drinks Operation services activities in respective operations, including CDE Supply Chain (by providing data to be distributed to related teams), Inventory and Asset Management (by providing and creating data), and to support CDO Operational activities.
Key Accountability:
- Ensure customer satisfaction of the CDE movement to support business growth by not only monitoring assets are placed in store
- Supervise and ensure ESP compliance activity in their operation based on the national criteria and service standards to ensure the quality of supplier and achievement of agreed service level.
- Ensure the instore accuracy of CDE assets and spare part in warehouse to manage the cost in respective operations.
- Supervising CDE service and maintenance, refurbishment process activity per agreed SLA to ensure the coolers are at their best performance.
- Prepare and provide CDE movement activity data to be followed up by CDO Operational Team
- Monitor CDE movement work order activity progress.
- Support CDE movement data settlement into system & coordination with CDES BPI Team (NO) of total needs (manpower, spare parts/ inventory need)
- Prepare and provide data for Integrated Control Tower/ICT (performance dialogue check in and check out)
- Certified in lean capability and quality capability.
- Provide any report/information needed for sales team meeting weekly or monthly meetings for collaboration and alignment.
- Prepare and provide CDE Spare parts data for CDES Spare parts counting.
- Create CDE Spare parts counting report.
- Prepare and provide CDE availability data for CDES counting.

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree Graduate, preferably majoring in Engineering Studies (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics), Management, or any others related discipline.
- Min. 2 – 4 years working experience in Supply Chain background (CDO, Logistics/Distribution of Cold Drink Assets).
