Job Descriptions :
- A senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization’s technological needs, strategies, and development.
- Reporting directly to the CEO or another top-level executive, the CTO plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s technology vision, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
- The CTO collaborates closely with other C-suite members, department heads, and technology teams to drive technological advancements that align with the organization’s business objectives.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related education
- Strong knowledge in IT banking/finance
- Excellent communication (English and Bahasa), interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management
- Advanced knowledge about IT business & strategy
- Strong awareness on IT Risk and Compliance
- Experience in same position at least 2 years (General Manager)
