Responsibilities:
- Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide suggestions for improvements.
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.
- Organize internal improvement convention and ensure its quality corresponding to national or international standard
- Facilitate and coach QCC teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and prioritize delivery plans.
- Assess the quality of improvement submission from individuals/team.
- Promote and drive 5S and Continuous Improvement program in all area of the business (Head Office & Regional Office)
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in any major
- Having minimum 4 years experience in the same field
- Proven background in handling corporate strategic plan would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge about 5S, PDCA, Kaizen, 7 Tools, BSC, and Lean Office
- Having Lean Six Sigma Certification Belt would be an advantages
- Experienced in using tools for data processing and visualization
- Willing to travel for business trip
