Job Description :
- Responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting of various security cases.
- Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for changing basic configuration & creating security report to ensure compliance & protection of security devices.
- Ensure compliance to SLA.
- Respond incident & change request tickets which cannot handled by L1, and ensure regular update to tickets is being performed.
- Received Escalation from L1 that has been categorized as actionable to be escalated.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts environment
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
- Practical experience or basic understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot security problem for various security devices.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
