Responsibilities
- Managing master data including creation and updates.
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Generating reports from multiple systems.
- Collects data from sales reports and analyzes data to identify trends.
- Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient.
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
- Managed market/industry research and maintain internal data dashboard
- Document preparation and presentation.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Able to operate MS Office and the required Data Analytic tools:
- Excel: compiling and analyzing data at an advanced level.
- Power point: simple presentation materials containing descriptions tables, pictures, and charts.
- Data Analytic: Analyze data to generate a dashboard.
Qualifications
- Passionate in data and have the ability to analyze, interpret data or insights with high curiosity and result oriented;
- Strong analytical, research skills, proactivity, research-minded, problem-solving, & critical thinking;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint.
