Hard skill qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science in computer science, information systems, statistics or related field
- Min three (for intermediate) or min five years (for senior) experience in data analyst
- Good understanding in Banking’s product, business, and operational process
- Good understanding of data management and visualization practices.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis, cleaning and preparation.
- Good understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle (data capture, validation, transformation, aggregation and utilization)
- Experience to identify data trends and insights to solve significant and immediate business/data problems.
- Experience with statistical and mathematical analysis
- Fluency in Python, R and SQL programming
- Understand ML for predictive and explanatory modelling will be an advantage
