Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the team of engineering to maintain their performance at work
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendor/clients and ensure the customer satisfaction
- Analyze market needs and develop effective marketing strategies
- Responsible for preparing the market progress report, planning the resources/tools requirement along with the sales team to ensure a smooth functioning of marketing division.
- Collecting data – who manage to collect data from various sources and streamline the process to create automated routine
- Designing databases – who can develop data analysts design/ template and maintain databases and data systems, addressing errors and monitoring performance of each CI Machine
- Data cleansing – able to identify data , diagnose, and correct data discrepancies to ensure data is clean, complete, and consistent.
- Generating reports – able to generate reports in the form of graphs, tables, or dashboards to present conclusions and insights.
- Collaborating – have a good collaboration as Data analysts will collaborate with other employees, including engineers and programmers, to determine areas of improvement.
- Presenting findings – able to present their findings to the company’s decision-makers who will decide how to use the data.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Management or related field.
- Passionate in data, analysis or insights with high curiousity and skepticism.
- Good communication, presentation and storytelling skills to deliver data-inspired findings
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill : Product Knowledge and Benchmarking, Leading a team, Mastering Excel including (Collecting data, Designing databases, Generates Reports)
- Preferably for Detail-oriented Person
