- Develop and implement methods for collecting and managing supply chain data.
- Monitoring data on current business operations such as sourcing, warehousing, deliveries, and scheduling purchase.
- Managing inventory using DSI.
- Conduct lead time analysis to ensure timely arrival of required items.
