- Analyse data for trends and patterns and interpret data with clear objectives in mind.
- Working with business team to identify business problems and propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges.
- Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products.
- Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big-data stores; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
- Implement analytical models in production by collaborating with software developers and machine-learning engineers.
- Preparing reports for executive and project teams.
- Creating visualizations of data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Statistics or Computer Science.
- Have more than 3 years experience as Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
- Preferable from Insurance Industry.
- Good Technical Skill in Python / R, Data Visualization (Dashboard creation), Data querying (SQL)
- Good communication and analytical skill
