Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to drive customers through marketing funnels
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Managing social media account
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content
- Content plan & Creation
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, partnership, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience and proficient with design software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, After Effects
- Knowledge of motion graphic, 2D animation, video editing
- Creative, attention to details
- Able to collaborate with team members and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent in English minimum daily conversation
- Interested in retail marketing
