Responsibilities:
– Document Management: Organize project documents, including all engineering-related materials such as plans, specifications, reports, and technical records.
– Filing and Classification: Develop a clear filing system to facilitate easy access to project documents, both physically and digitally.
– Coordination with Project Team: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather and distribute necessary documents.
– Document Storage and Security: Ensure documents are securely stored and protected from unauthorized access, while also ensuring digital data backup.
– Progress Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on document status and project progress for stakeholders.
– Administrative Support: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and assist the team with project administration.
– Training Provision: Provide training to team members on document management procedures and the use of relevant software.
Qualifications:
– Proficient in English, with a TOEFL or IELTS certification preferred.
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
