Responsibilities :
- Planning of new business of EV Battery Cell Scrap Disposal & Recycling with a proper SOP/Process/members
- Leading a working group of more than 5 people
- Communication with internal members, sub-contractors, and customers
- Operation management with the experience of hazardous goods
- Giving guidelines for managing disposal & recycling hazardous goods under the government regulations
- Pricing operating cost for the hazardous goods(Regular/Irregular Pricing and bidding)
- Handling internal operating members, Sub-contractors(Logistics, Freight forwarding, System monitoring)
- Communication with Sub-contractors
- Improve work process, manual and logistics quality/service
- Regular/urgent reporting on status
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree major in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering or any fields.
- Ability to plan new business (Setting up the new process, new organization structure)
- 5 years or above of hazardous material treatment experience in Indonesia
- Understanding of disposal or recycling EV battery material process and flow using basic Indonesian hazardous sites, Festronik in SIRAJA portal, SIMPLE, etc.
- Understanding of financial understanding (Investment, rental, bidding, quotation, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to understand Indonesian hazardous goods’ environment and basic law
- Effectively adapting that knowledge to the new business set-up
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
