Qualifications & experience
- Male/Female, 28-35 years old
- Min. D3 majoring Electrical Engineering
- Able to read Single-Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Able to handle shooting problems in M/E
- Able to speak English (preferable)
- Min. 5 years experience in the same field
- Familiar with computer
Tasks & responsibilities
- To support its superior plans, develops and manage electrical and telecommunication work and services efficiently and effectively
- To control and maintenance of estate electricity distribution
- To maintain and ensure Estate emergency power can be operated safely and in good condition when needed
- To record the used of electricity for street lighting, building and or tenants
- To maintain and keep street lighting provide by Estate in secure and operational condition
- To coordinate and monitor the installation and services of telecommunication operated safely and smooth at Estate and tenants.
- To handle complaint from tenants or public regarding work / services under its responsibility and report the action and solution to the superior
