Qualifications & experience
- Skilled with computer technical program: AutoCAD 2D/3D; BIM
- Understand planning and scheduling
- Fluent Mandarin speaking
- Refrigeration and air conditioning/electrical/electronics related majors are preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- On-site supervision and management of air conditioning/clean room/monitoring/electromechanical/fire protection systems
- supplier inquiry and cost calculation
- Coordinate project with owner, communicate and solve problems
- Preparing Files for Submission
- Business trips or expatriates (domestic/overseas) based on project needs
- Handle an assigned task from a supervisor
- Working location: Batam
