Requirements :
- Proficient Linux command
- Experienced as Red Hat System Administration
- Have Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or JBOS certification to be plus
- Understand the concept of microservices
- Has experience managing docker, kubernetes and Red Hat Openshift
- Experience using jenkins or ansible becomes an added value
- Good analytical skills, to identify issues and propose response action
- Having personal skills in communication with users to coordinate with related parties related to the problem
Job Description :
- Provide administrative support on Red Hat OCP, JBOSS, and RHEL including:
- Verify dashboard operation
- Manage the internal registry
- Manage users, projects, and storage containers
- Monitoring the health of the monitoring container and logging system
- Log incident tickets with Red Hat Support and follow up on progress of incident escalation and resolution
- Work with Level 2 and Level 3 support to communicate progress on issues
- Provides expertise and assistance with fast troubleshooting with enhanced first-rate system diagnostics. Assist by providing general knowledge transfer and documentation with the installation and configuration of Red Hat technology in scope
