Job Description
- Assess Customer equipment condition, estimate service cost, provide budget recommendation.
- Prepare working plan periodically, monitor it’s cost & progress, conduct improvement in field/shop, if necessary, according to needs.
- Coordinate with related parties (internal & external) for sample test implementation in identifying damage on equipment.
- Conduct forecast on spare parts needs, monitor the availability of parts in warehouse.
- Monitoring sub-contractor works, assess each sub-contractor performance.
- Coordinate job to technician based on their level, determine the number of technicians needed for each project under his/her responsibility.
- Validate monthly report performance metric reports (MA, MTTR, MTBF, top 10 problem) and make recommendation for future information.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in Material Handling & Industrial Equipment / Heavy Equipment.
- Mastering AutoCad / Solidwork 2D/3D.
- Having knowledge in scheduling & budgeting planning.
- Having good communication, team work and problem solving.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
