1. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering
- Understand PLC, Jig and Tooling concept, FMEA, and Control Plan
- Experienced minimum 2 years in new project development in Automotive Industry
- Must be fluent in English (Writing and Communication)
2. Position Objective:
- Achieve all Industrial Engineering, production specific and AID generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment and OPI) for IE and Improvement
- Support new line launch, product launch, continuous improvement and closed LOP audit.
3. Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
- Responsible for the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department and production
- Responsible for the process continues improvement and Automation Project
- Responsible for achieving policy deployment targets.
- Through continuous follow up ensure that policy deployment targets are achieved.
- Responsible for standardized methods of working /planning in the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department and Improvement.
- Support the APDS process, by leading process release activities
- Responsible for process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan,
- Standardized Work Instruction P1 and P3, line calibration matrix)
- Responsible for Manufacturing-PLM folder update
- Ensure project on time
- Responsible for process release and trial build
- Responsible for new jig and fixture implementation
- Support new line set up.
- Maintain and implement methods, systems, and routines as necessary
- Responsible to closed all LOP for robustness audit and go see fix
- To support the implementation of IATF 16949, ISO14001 & AS330 Health & Safety Management System
