Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Administrator. Preferably in a multi-national environment.
- Experience in workstation setups, software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Experience with network connectivity and troubleshooting (wired and wireless).
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN, switches, wireless technologies, virtualization technologies (Proxmox, OpenStack), and cloud-based tools (Google Cloud, Microsoft Teams).
- Proficiency in supporting HRMS, finance, and business process applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes.
Responsibilities
- Assist users with tech issues, organize and prioritize support requests, and ensure systems are updated and secure.
- Oversee IT asset management, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and maintaining an asset database.
- Implement and maintain security measures and protocols, conduct regular audits, and design disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with departments to assess and fulfill IT requirements, ensuring the availability of resources.
- Provide training on IT security and responsible asset usage, fostering a culture of security awareness.
