Requirement
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus automotive and mining projects (ENGLISH IS A MUST)
- Experience in SEO (Data Analystics and Marketing Analytics)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and process flows.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, workflow mapping, and business process re-engineering.
- Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and discussions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in python programming language
- Has excellent communication in English
- Understand SDLC process
