Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic liaison with assigned business units or functional areas for business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, and relationship management.
- Serve as the business relationship link between business units and IT.
- Provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria.
- Operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities.
- Provides support as PMO/SME in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the specific business unit industry.
- Deliver business processes translate to IT systems, digitalization, and end-user support.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology / Information System or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field.
- Having experience as a Team Lead/Project Manager is an advantage.
- Having experience as a Solution Design/Solution Architect is an advantage.
- Having deep understanding in multiple industry business process for system is an advantage.
- Having experience in full project cycle in ERP implementation.
- Team player as well as proactive and accountable
- Good communication skill and conceptual thinking
- Good in both verbal and written English
