What will you do:
- DevOps Management:
○ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and
efficient software deployment.
○ Automate system configuration, management, and monitoring tasks to
streamline operations.
○ Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system
performance and reliability. - Cloud Infrastructure Management:
○ Manage and optimize Huawei and Alibaba Cloud environments.
○ Implement cloud-based solutions to improve scalability, performance, and
cost-effectiveness.
○ Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of cloud services. - Security Operations:
○ Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company
assets and data.
○ Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration
tests.
○ Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and
reporting. - Data Center and Disaster Recovery:
○ Oversee the operation and maintenance of DC and DRC facilities.
○ Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
○ Implement robust backup and recovery processes to safeguard critical data. - Compliance and Governance:
○ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS,
ISO 27001:2022).
○ Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and security measures.
○ Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and
improvement.
- What we are looking for:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience with Huawei and Alibaba Cloud platforms.
● Strong knowledge of Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center management.
● Expertise in network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and
vulnerability management.
● Proficiency in scripting languages and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible,
Terraform, etc).
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work
