PT Sawit Rezeki Unggul, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group located in Jakarta Province, is one of a leading palm oil trader poised to emerge as a major global trader in the palm oil industry. We are seeking a skilled HR Admin to provide support for our operations.
Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.
In this position, we need you to play vital role in:
- Engage in and execute Digital & Innovation team initiatives as per the defined scope of work provided by the Team Lead/Manager.
- Support superiors in gathering business requirements and implementing emerging technologies to align with long-term business goals.
- Conduct analysis of business requirements and apply emerging technologies to support long-term business objectives.
- Explore and evaluate the use of digital technologies to innovate and adapt business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet evolving business and market needs.
- Develop functional prototypes of digital projects and assess their economic feasibility.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead/Manager to deliver relevant training programs and workshops for users on emerging technologies.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Minimal Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- At least 1+ years of relevant working experience in Digital Innovation
- Experience implementing innovation projects.
- Confidence in presenting to various audiences, in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationships.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have experience and familiar with AI
