Job Description:
The role shall cover:
For Maintenance based:
• Support for troubleshooting problems in PSI customers. And support for change requests in a customer network. Including reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.
• Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on PSI Customer Site (8×5)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hold bachelor’s degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from a reputable university with a minimum IPK of 3.0
- 5 years of working experience as an engineer is a plus
- Holding Infoblox certification such as Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshoot (CDAT) or Infoblox NIOS DDI Expert (INE) is a must
- Deep Knowledge and experience in DNS Security, DHCP, IPAM, and related protocols
- Having knowledge in Network Security and Cybersecurity
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Infoblox DDI Security Engineer
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy.
