Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Master’s Degree, in Information Security or related field (preferable but not mandatory)
- Minimum Experience around 3-5 years of experience in IT security, especially in a similar industry.
- Experience in cloud computing especially Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud/AWS
- Experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, especially those pertinent to FinTech, like ISO 27001
- Proficient in various security technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Knowledge of network protocols, data encryption, firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus software
- Familiar with system VM and app service on Microsoft Azure
- Familiar with ALI Cloud
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and ability to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Given the sensitive nature of the role, meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve security issues promptly
- A solid understanding of the FinTech industry, including its unique risks, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Have certificate : CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is highly desirable, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security or other relevant certifications in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT governance will be advantageous
