Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities
- Identify potential security breaches or anomalies, determine their causes, and provide recommendations for actions to enhance the security of the company’s systems.
- Conduct vulnerability tests based on identified anomalies, considering the company’s current software and hardware, then analyze the results to create an effective working system.
- Develop and recommend mitigation plans based on identified anomalies and test results to enhance the company’s system security.
- Support the design and implementation of security solutions, including endpoint protections, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate response efforts to ensure the company’s system security.
- Stay updated with current emerging security threats and trends, and disseminate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Maintain good relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure alignment with various functions and achieve security objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of security programs and identify potential IT control weaknesses.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports to management and stakeholders summarizing test results, error reports, and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training programs to educate employees on system security awareness, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Security.
- Experience with Firewalls, SIEM, SOAR, WAF.
- Proficiency in Cyber Security, Risk Assessment Tools, SIEM Platforms, Security Tools, and technologies.
