L1 Engineer Endpoint Security

Job Descriptions:

1. his is a full-time on-site role for an Endpoint Security Engineer  located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area.
2. The L1 Endpoint Security Engineer  will be responsible for day to day operations
3. Perform daily endpoint security solution health check
4. Create report activity for endpoint security solutions maintenance
5. Define the issue/ problem case and escalate problem to L2 or L3 support when problems occur and cannot solve on L1 Level Operations
6. Working with L2 or L3 when incident happened (if required)

Qualifications:

1. Experience handling day to day operations on Endpoint Security Solution area
2. .Have one or more Active certification on Endpoint Security solutions on product such as: VMware Carbon Black EDR and App. Control / Trend Micro Deep Security Endpoint Protection Platform / Trend Micro Vision One Extended Detection and Response / Tripwire File Integrity Monitoring, Ansible for Security and Compliance, Trend Micro Email Security and Cloud App Security / Splunk Enterprise Security Information and Event Management – SIEM / Anomali and Flashpoint Threat Intelligence Platform – TIP / IBM Guardium Database Security
3. .Have Training Attendance on Trend Micro Apex One Endpoint Protection Platform for Workstations
4. .Fluent in English Language
5. .Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
6. .Good in documentation, communication and collaboration abilities
7. .Good workable attitude as a team or individual
8. .Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills
9. .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
10. .Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, IT or related field
