Requirements
- At least 1 year experience on handling application development or support and familiar with working on Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Willing to work on shift hour
- Knowledgeable on Unix / Linux, API (Web Services, REST API/JSON, XML), HTML, Database System, PL/SQL
- Good communication skills
- Have understanding on any project methodology (preferable on devops and agile methodology)
- Able to perform deep analysis and investigation of any incident
- Familiar with any ticketing systems
