Job Description:
- Collaborate with management on business process planning related to annual business process management programs and strategic initiatives
- Provide guidelines and frameworks for business process management and its translation from strategy, ensuring that process development aligns with agreed-upon standards.
- Provide training and development plans for the implementation of Six Sigma
- Organize an annual innovation event for the ABM group with active participation, particularly from the BPI teams of each subsidiary
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) Engineering or Management
- At least 7-10 years of experience in business process and continuous improvement
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in process flowchart design
- Knowledgeable in Six Sigma methodologies
- Willing placed in Cilandak – Jakarta Selatan
