Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Expertise in MEP Design, Planning, and Supervision in all aspects of MEP engineering, from conceptual design and project planning to detailed engineering and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD Software for Detailed Engineering Drawings.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and contribute effectively to team goals.
Job Description:
- Lead MEP project execution for office building renovation. Responsible for managing all aspects of the MEP project, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project goals.
- Oversee MEP design, planning, and implementation.
- Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
- Field supervision and quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of high-quality standards throughout the MEP installation process.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
