Support the implementation of the provision, maintenance, and service of data, as well as the operations of the Data Center (DC), Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and Data Warehouse (DWH) of LPEI to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution’s activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and develop proposals for business strategies, work plans, and budgets for the Department, as well as implement policies.
2. Manage the availability of data, reports, dashboards, and information analysis according to the institution’s needs and applicable regulations.
3. Manage the availability of information system access in accordance with needs and applicable regulations.
4. Manage the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) to ensure they operate effectively in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Manage the Data Warehouse (DWH) to ensure data availability and meet stakeholder needs.
6. Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
7. Execute all operational activities in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.
8. Implement follow-up actions from audits.
9. Perform other tasks as needed by the institution and/or as instructed by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a degree from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with teams and various stakeholders.
- Preferably a graduate of a Management Development Program (MDP) from a reputable bank.
- A professional qualification in risk management is preferred.
