Principal Accountabilities:
- Assisting Manager in administration, operation, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of company information system including computer hardware and network infrastructures for optimum performance, availability, and efficiency.
- Maintaining hardware and software components including computer clients, firewalls, bandwidth management, PABX phone system, switches, routers and other associated network hardware to ensure system readiness and availability.
- As an author and maintaining technical documentation to illustrate technical configuration, system requirements, and system interfaces.
- Supervising the training of user in the use of computer, printers and other peripherals in addition to the program application installed.
Professional Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experiences in network, security, virtualization, infrastructure spesific for installation, maintenance, development and troubleshoot.
- In-depth knowledge of various network system & devices (Firewall, Router, Switch, Antivirus, Wifi Controller & Access Point, Printer, CCTV, Access Door, and PABX phone system).
- Must have Cisco (CCNA/ CCNP) and Security (NSE) Certification Certification is an advantage.
