Job Description:
• Monitor device availability using monitoring tools, making report to Lead team every 1 hours
• Take notes and provide reports, daily reports and ticketing
• Carry out daily physical health check monitoring for each device
• immediate information and assistance as needed
Qualification:
• Minimum S1 in IT related field with min. 1 years experiences
• Basic knowledge in IP based fundamental and security device
• Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to enhance the knowledges and skillsets of new technology.
• Must be able to work swing shifts overtime
