Some of your duties will include:
- Manage and operate generator set equipment and Automatic Change Over Switch (ACOS);
- Maintain generator set equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);
- Repair generator equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);
- Analyze the damages and make steps to repair generator set equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);
- Able to plan/design generator and automatic change over switch (ACOS) equipment;
- Evaluate the work/equipment system of generator set and automatic change over switc (ACOS).
- Operate, maintain and able to repair generator set synchronization equipment.
- Analyze the damages and make steps to repair generator synchronization equipment;
- Operate uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and renewable energy (solar power generator);
- Repair minor damage to uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and renewable energy (solar power plants).
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on electrical system performance and maintenance issues.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Have a certificate of airport electrical personnel and safety awareness certificate.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as an electrical maintenance, with at least 3 years experiences in similar role; preferably in an airport or similar high-traffic environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with airport operations and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
