OM Technician Lead

1. Participates in mechanical & electrical engineering and technical supports to be given for Power Plant Installation;
2. Performs assembling, evaluation, testing and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment;
3. Performs repair, maintenance and improvement on the installation, equipment and component parts needed;
4. Periodically execute inspections according to mechanical equipment maintenance standard (SOP).

Overall Qualification:

1. Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
2. Having Min. 3 (three) year experiences as Technician in Operation & Maintenance Department at Power Plant Industry;
3. Ability to read and understand P&IDs, electrical, and mechanical drawings;
4. Able to speak Mandarin (basic to intermediate level), and understand Engineering terms in Mandarin;
5. High motivation and good team work;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skill;
7. Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical deadlines;
8. Able to create report using Ms. Office Aplication;
9. Willing to locate in site at Mandailing Natal – North Sumatera.
