Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Python Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with extensive experience in Python programming. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions that meet our goals to compete on the emerging industry. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate your work into our projects will be a key part of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement system architecture. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products.
- Developing, and maintaining Open source AI applications and Leading an LLM project involves defining the task, managing data, training and evaluating the model, deploying it, ensuring ethical use, and maintaining performance, all while staying updated on the field’s advancements.
- Collaborate with the AI research team to implement Machine Learning models and algorithms into scalable products.
- Identify and integrate AI technologies that can improve product features or operational efficiencies.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, applying them to create innovative solutions.
- Developing, and maintaining ERP software (ERP NEXT – Open Source) using Python.
- Provide technical support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Basic understanding of ERP principles, functionalities, and business processes.
- Experienced with Open Source ERP platform (Frappe framework)
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and their application to real-world problems.
