Production Maintenance

Position Summary

Responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. This person will accomplish tasks through strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and effective communications with all levels of employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and equipment.
2. Identify and repair breakdowns (Breakdown Maintenance) in machine operations.
3. Carry out emergency repairs if machinery encounters problems during production.
4. Coordinate with the Production Department to schedule maintenance (PM) that does not disrupt the production schedule.
5. Inspect and replace worn or damaged spare parts.
6. Ensure safety equipment is functioning properly.
7. Record all maintenance and repairs performed on the machinery (Equipment Historical Card) and fill in the action column on the QRQC application.
8. Follow safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma degree/Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance).
2. Having experiences min 1  year in related field;
3. Have a Mechanical skills (Automation, Pneumatics, Sensing, etc), Electrical and Welding skills
4. Ability to understand and create technical drawings and designs in both 2D and 3D.
5. Ability to read mechanical drawings, PCBA schematics, and wiring diagrams.
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple maintenance issues under time constraints.
8. Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, discipline, attention to detail and the ability to work well as a team.
9. Have a knowledge and adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations.
10. Understand simple English communication both oral & written
11. Must be available to work rotating shifts, weekends, call-outs and overtime.
