Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide regular updates and resolve issues.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT project manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and
- methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
