Requirements :
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from reputable university.
- Having 7 year of working experiences in building construction company.
- Capable for operating AutoCAD & SketchUp software.
- Mastering project management applications & have a good knowledge of project management.
- Able to calculate RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).
- Good analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities :
- Create a presentation for the project that will take place.
- Able to work together with procurement for the tender process.
- Schedule time for project work.
- Ensuring project work is completed on time.
- Ensuring project work does not exceed budget.
- Ensuring the quality of project work meets specifications.
- Able to create project reports from start to finish (hand over with user).
- Correspondence regarding work with Users.
- Make assignments to work for project supervisors.
- Project Inspection directly to Site.
