Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Expert to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control processes within the construction industry, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards at every crucial step of the construction process. This role involves inspecting various aspects such as waterproofing, concrete quality, vibration, and other critical factors to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections at every crucial step of the construction process, including but not limited to waterproofing, concrete quality, concrete vibration, and other key aspects. Identify any deviations from standards and specifications and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on inspection findings, including observations, measurements, and any non-compliance issues discovered. Report findings to the Construction Manager promptly to facilitate timely resolution and maintain project quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian (Bahasa) and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in quality control or related field.
- Previous experience working on construction projects involving waterproofing, concrete, and structural elements.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
Reporting: The Quality Control Expert will report directly to the Construction Manager, providing regular updates on inspection findings, quality control measures, and any issues requiring attention or resolution.
Note: This position requires fluency in both Indonesian (Bahasa) and English, as communication with construction team members and stakeholders will involve both languages.
