R&D Engineer – Lab Test
Responsibility:
- Conduct inspections related to current product and new materials in the laboratory and organize test data to complete reports.
- Manage and maintain instruments in the R&D laboratory on a daily basis, ensuring a conducive lab environment.
- Engage in research projects related to food packaging materials and their processing techniques.
- Complete research reports through discussions with upstream and downstream partners, lab experiments, and by referencing books and online resources.
- Familiarize oneself with food packaging inspection standards and laboratory methods, and be responsible for the development and maintenance of new testing methods in the lab.
- Assist in tests based on the requirements of other company departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the potential application of new materials in food packaging.
- Continuously improve laboratory workflows to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Material Science, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
- More than 2 years experiences in related field.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A mindset geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.
- English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.
