Job Descriptions:
1. Seek new opportunities for business growth through market research, analysis of industry trends, and identification of partnership or acquisition opportunities.
2. Establish relationships with potential partners, include of strategic partners, distributors, or sales agents to expand business network
3. Drafting and negotiating contracts with business partners, including cooperation agreements, licenses and marketing partnerships
4. Designing long-term business strategies, setting sales targets, and developing action plans to achieve those goals
5. Monitor business performance, analyze sales data, and prepare progress reports related to business development initiatives.
6. Design marketing strategies that include promotion, pricing, and distribution of the company’s products or services
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
2. More than 3 years of sales experience, B2B related product sales experience is preferred
3. Familiar with the financial industry (telemarketing, desk collection, customer service, etc), and those with financial industry customer resources are preferred
4. Possess good sales skills and negotiation skills, and have certain market analysis and judgment skills
5. Focus on efficiency, have the ability to manage multiple jobs and projects, and manage time, energy and priorities;
6. Quick learning ability, strong sense of purpose, curiosity about new things, strong desire to influence and sense of purpose
7. Familiar with office software and basic data analysis
8. Fluency in English for work is preferred
