Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation Engineering or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in solar PV design and Design for installation Solar project PLTS
- Familiarity with PV system design and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and software (PVsyst, AutoCAD, ETAP, and SketchUp).
- Experience Automation & PLC for Production machine.
- Experience Operating Panel Utility and system electrical substation utility factory.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to PV installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and layout of PV systems using software tools.
- Conduct site Survey, collecting data to determine feasibility and optimal solar system configuration or PLTS project.
- Prepare Initial Design with PV Syst and ETAP, Detailed Engineering Design (DED) & As-built Drawing based on project execution
- Prepare Detailed Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Perform electrical and mechanical design calculations for solar systems.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of PV systems.
- Ensure system components are installed according to design specifications and standards.
- Ensure PV designs comply with local regulations, industry standards (IEC, NEC), and company safety protocols.
- Perform system evaluations and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor system performance and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and suggest design or operational modifications.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Project Execution team & factory team
- Reporting to Factory Manager & Project Manager
